Our bodies are not designed to sit at a desk all day staring at a computer. That's why you'll find yourself twisting and stretching in your chair to relieve back aches and pain, or taking breaks when you're feeling low in energy, stiff or sore. Our Wellness workshops are the perfect solution for you and your staff. We have developed a unique program designed for people who will never go to a yoga class but who need its benefits.

It will give your employees the needed life-skills to stretch, rejuvenate and re-focus right at their desk. And by giving them the skills they need, it helps your company be progressive and caring. We have also found that a perfect way to ensure success and stay motivated is to introduce new techniques periodically.  Booking these 4 workshops quarterly is very effective.

The techniques can be applied at your desk or anywhere where space and time are limited. The sessions suit everyone, including those that are too busy or would never go to a yoga class.
