Who We Are
Certified Yoga Teacher, Certified Meditation Teacher
Nicole is the founder and director of Serenity Now Yoga. She began practicing yoga in 1996 as a therapy to recover from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. This personal transformation naturally progressed to a teaching certificate in yoga by 2003. This is when she left the corporate world and pursued yoga on a full time basis. Her expertise both in the corporate world and in yoga has led her to develop wellness programs designed to manage stress, the route of all dis-ease. This is also why she offers a mindful approach to yoga that is tailored to the specific needs of each individual no matter where they are physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Meditation has been an integral part of Nicole's journey so she also became a Certified Meditation Teacher. She has a passion for this work and so continues her studies in order to best serve her clients. Nicole is inspired to share this work with all those taking the journey of recovery from stress and trauma to wholeness.
