Most conferences involve a lot of concentration and sitting on your backside. Usually active people are often reduced to drowsy clock-watchers. We are an established provider, specializing in Yoga…designed to sharpen reflexes and relax the mind to make it more receptive to information. We offer a range of sessions designed to easily fit into conference programs.
No change of clothes, No mat, No sweat!
This is often done for breaks or as a great start to the day. All that is required is a quiet space where your conference delegates will have a little room to move.
We will help you determine your needs and plan your event. Some things to think about are if you want participants to stand up and move or if you would like to give them some tools to use while they are sitting and receiving information...or a combination of both. 15, 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions can be conducted anywhere you are. When you let us know the theme or subject matter of your conference we can incorporate that focus into our sessions as well.
By helping conference participants focus on their breath and posture, they will be able to concentrate more effectively on the material being presented. Yoga reduces stress, increases energy and blood flow to the brain and muscles, improves memory retention, productivity and efficiency, builds teamwork and much more.
These sessions are designed for everyone. Anyone can practice yoga. You don't have to be young, fit or supple. Each individual is encouraged to work with her/his own level of comfort.
